Наша история о том, как поддерживать дух гуманизма в лицо катастрофы, как найти решения среди проблем, и Как сеять надежду в отчаянии.
1. Use dedicated Ground Anchors
Deep fixing: Use steel nails or screw piles with sufficient depth. Inflatable tents usually require deeper embedding than traditional tents to resist the horizontal tensile force generated by wind pressure.
Even distribution: Ensure that each air column base is connected to a ground anchor, and that they are distributed at the four corners and in the middle of the tent, forming a stable "nail-beam-nail" triangular structure.
2. Reinforce the ground and tensioning system
Reinforce the ground: Lay anti-slip mats or canvas on slippery grass or sandy ground. Yangzhou Mailida tents are designed with varying terrains in mind, and it is recommended to use the accompanying ground tarp to increase friction.
Tension Adjustment: Inflate the air columns to the recommended pressure using an air pump, and fine-tune with the included guy ropes. Over-inflation may cause the air columns to deform, while under-inflation will cause the tent to sway in the wind.
3. Setting up Wind Slats or Support Poles
Wind Force Distribution: Set up metal wind slats or sturdy support poles on both sides of the tent. Although the main structure of the inflatable tent is the air columns, in extreme windy conditions, additional rigid support can effectively distribute wind force and prevent damage to the air columns.
Directional Adjustment: Adjust the angle of the support poles according to the wind direction so that the wind pressure does not directly act on the front of the air columns, but rather slides along the sides, reducing resistance.
4. Using a Vented Air Release Valve
Preventing Over-inflation: Install an automatic pressure relief valve. When the temperature is too high or the air pressure is too high, the pressure relief valve will automatically release excess gas, preventing the air columns from "bursting" due to over-inflation.
Preventing Rainwater Infiltration: Ensure that the vents are located at the top or sides of the air columns and are equipped with anti-backflow devices. This ensures that the air pressure inside and outside the air columns is balanced and prevents rainwater from entering the air columns.
